Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This explains what personal information I collect, why, and what you can do about it. I'm Jamie Wood, trading as Jamie Growth Co, a sole trader in England, and I'm responsible for your data. Contact: [email protected] · 07576 842746.

What I collect

  • Details you give me: your name, mobile, email, business name, trade and website or social links — through my website form, a Facebook/Instagram ad form, a booking, a call or a text.
  • Public business information: business names, phone numbers and reviews from public listings such as Google Maps, which I use to contact local trade businesses.
  • If you become a client: payment details are handled by Stripe — I never see your full card number.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

  • To contact local trade businesses about my services, and to reply to you — my legitimate interest in running and growing my business. I check numbers against the TPS/CTPS do-not-call lists before calling.
  • To provide the service you've paid for — to perform our contract.
  • To send you marketing by text or email — only if you've agreed, and every message lets you opt out.

Who I share it with

Only the providers that run my business: HighLevel (CRM, website, texts and calls), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email) and Meta (if you came through a Facebook/Instagram ad). Some are based in the US and use approved safeguards for transfers of UK data. I never sell your data.

How long I keep it

  • Prospects: up to 12 months after we last spoke, unless you become a client.
  • Clients: for as long as you're a client, then 6 years for tax and accounting records.
  • If you ask me to stop contacting you, I keep only your number on a "do not contact" list so I don't call again.

Your rights

You can ask me to: see the data I hold on you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Text or email me — I'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

My website uses only the cookies needed for it, its booking calendar and form to work. I don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top.
